Located in the heart of Kensington and Chelsea, this project included the refurbishment of the upper floors, the creation of an external garden and the excavation of a new basement level containing, a gym, sauna and massage facilities, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a new library. The new space aimed to create a modern environment utilizing high-end quality products. The bathrooms were sourced direct from Italy, the fixtures and fittings exhibiting a contemporary design. The bespoke kitchen created an atmosphere of warmth, while incorporating uncluttered functionality and clean lines with an adjacent family area to live and play in. The three principal bedrooms were designed to meet the varied needs of the individual occupants, reflecting their unique personalties.
